01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms," "this Agreement," or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "the Member," "you," or "the Player") and goperya (hereinafter referred to as "goperya," "we," "us," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at goperya.vu, including all sub-pages, services, features, games, promotions, and content made available therein (collectively, "the Platform" or "the Service").

By registering an account on goperya, clicking any "I Agree" or "Accept" checkbox during registration, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or by simply continuing to use the Platform after these Terms have been updated and published, you unconditionally agree to be bound by the entirety of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

These Terms apply to all types of accounts and all services offered by goperya, including casino games, live dealer tables, fishing games, bingo, slot machines, and sports betting. Where separate rules apply to a specific game type or promotion, those specific rules supplement but do not supersede these Terms unless explicitly stated.

02 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on goperya, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your membership:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. The minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations is 21 years. goperya strictly enforces this requirement through Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. Any member who provides false information regarding their age will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any remaining real-money balance returned to the payment method on file, subject to verification.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

goperya is operated for and directed at players physically located within the Philippines. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are physically present in the Philippines and that online gaming is not prohibited under any law applicable to you personally. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so in violation of these Terms and at their own legal risk. goperya reserves the right to geo-restrict access and close accounts of players found to be accessing the platform from prohibited territories.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. You must not be under any legal disability, court order, or other restriction that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement.

2.4 Self-Exclusion Status

You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order, whether voluntarily applied through goperya's own responsible gaming tools or imposed through PAGCOR's exclusion registry. Registering a new account while subject to an active self-exclusion order is a material breach of these Terms.

2.5 Not an Employee

You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of goperya, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless explicit written permission has been granted by goperya management.

03 Account Registration & KYC Verification

3.1 Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on goperya. Registration requires the submission of accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number or email address. You are obligated to keep this information current and to notify goperya of any changes promptly.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before real-money features — including deposits, gameplay with real funds, and withdrawals — are activated on your account, goperya is required to verify your identity under its KYC obligations. You will be required to provide:

• A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID — acceptable documents include the Philippine National ID (PhilSys), UMID, SSS ID, driver's license, passport, or PRC ID.
• A selfie photograph holding the presented ID, taken at the time of verification.
• Proof of residential address (e.g., recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months) if required by the compliance team.

goperya's compliance team will review submitted KYC documents within one to three business days under normal circumstances. Enhanced verification may apply for high-value transactions or where documentation is unclear.

3.3 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your goperya login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. Any activity that occurs on your account — including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorized the activity, if you have failed to adequately secure your credentials. goperya will never contact you to request your password via any channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

3.4 Duplicate Accounts

The operation of more than one goperya account by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, goperya reserves the right to close all accounts held by that individual, forfeit any bonuses obtained across those accounts, and restrict any balances pending investigation. Players are responsible for ensuring they do not create a new account if they already have an existing one, including previously closed accounts.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

goperya supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional methods may be added or removed at goperya's discretion. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). goperya does not currently accept foreign currency deposits, and no currency conversion is applied to your PHP wallet balance.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed at the platform level; however, individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits, which are outside of goperya's control.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by goperya's payments team during operational hours. The target processing window for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals is five to fifteen (5–15) minutes from approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank typically process within the same banking business day, subject to the receiving bank's clearing schedules. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where enhanced verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible for withdrawal, a member must have completed KYC verification, must not be subject to any account restriction or investigation, and must have met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds. goperya reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts that trigger enhanced due diligence thresholds under applicable anti-money laundering requirements.

4.5 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit made to goperya — other than in cases of demonstrable unauthorized use — constitutes a breach of these Terms. goperya reserves the right to suspend the account, forfeit any balance, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through available legal channels.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free credits, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional rewards offered by goperya are subject to these general bonus terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general bonus terms, the specific terms prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a goperya account are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal). The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is disclosed in the promotion's individual terms. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — typically, slots contribute 100%, while live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage. Refer to the specific promotion for applicable game contribution rates.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

goperya operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: claiming the same welcome bonus through multiple accounts; systematically placing low-risk bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements rather than genuine gaming activity; using a bonus on games excluded from wagering contributions; coordinating with other players to fulfill wagering requirements cooperatively. Where bonus abuse is identified, goperya reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the account.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the account balance. goperya is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry, though we endeavor to communicate expiry dates clearly at the time of bonus issuance.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Certified RNG

All games offered on the goperya platform that use random number generation (RNG) — including slots, virtual table games, fishing games, and bingo — use RNG systems that have been certified by independent testing laboratories for fairness and unpredictability. Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG and are not influenced by previous results, account status, or any external factor.

6.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a game, software, or system malfunction, goperya reserves the right to void any game rounds affected by the malfunction and to restore account balances to the state immediately prior to the malfunction occurring, to the extent technically feasible. goperya is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions where the malfunction is outside its reasonable control.

6.3 Disputed Results

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise the dispute with goperya's customer support team within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game round completing. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. goperya's internal review process is the first step; unresolved disputes may be escalated through PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the goperya platform. Any member found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance held or forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering while underage or assisting a minor in accessing the platform.
• Operating or benefiting from more than one account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI assistants, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or multiplayer games.
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or any attempt to exploit advance knowledge of sports event outcomes.
• Money laundering, including using the platform to cycle funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported and will be voided.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior directed at goperya staff, live dealer hosts, or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or circumvent any part of the goperya platform's security or technical infrastructure.

08 Responsible Gaming

goperya is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. We believe that gaming should remain an entertaining leisure activity and must never be allowed to negatively impact a player's personal, financial, or family life. The following tools and resources are available to all goperya members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your goperya account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic alerts when you have been logged in and playing continuously for a set duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily suspend your account for a chosen period. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or receive marketing communications from goperya. Self-exclusion can be initiated through Account Settings or by contacting our support team.
• Account Closure: Permanently close your account at any time upon request.

09 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property available on the goperya platform — including but not limited to the goperya brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code, and promotional materials — are the exclusive property of goperya or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any platform content without prior written authorization from goperya.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, goperya's total aggregate liability to any member arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that member into their goperya account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

goperya is not liable for: indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages of any kind; loss of profits or anticipated earnings; interruptions to service caused by factors outside goperya's reasonable control (including network outages, payment provider failures, natural disasters, or governmental actions); or decisions made by members in reliance on information displayed on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits goperya's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence, where such limitation would be unlawful under Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

goperya collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

goperya implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of data transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and goperya cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or from the platform.

goperya may be required to disclose player data to PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, financial intelligence units, or other regulatory bodies pursuant to its obligations under applicable Philippine law. Such disclosures will be made only to the extent required by law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

goperya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior individual notice to members, except where prior notice is required by applicable law. Updated Terms will be published on the goperya website with the revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain aware of any changes.

Your continued use of the goperya platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and close your account.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination — shall first be submitted to goperya's internal dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution mechanisms administered by PAGCOR, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines, as appropriate to the nature of the claim.
